Vinification: The bunches are harvested by hand, separated from the stems and the grapes are transferred to a mechanical press. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeast for 7 days, with frequent pump-overs at controlled temperature (26-28 °C). Maceration continues for another 1 day.
Colour: Light purplish red
Aroma: Intense aroma of red fruits, especially plum. Delicate hint of vanilla and coffee.
Pairings: Perfect to accompany classic Argentine cuisine, cheeses and cured meats.
Taste: On the palate it is young and lively. The hints of fruit and wood are perceived through the round and sweet tannins.
Aging: 25% of the wine ages in French oak barrels for 6 months.
