It is a lively brut with a sweet aroma and exuberant bubbles, dedicated to Grandma Elisabetta. A brilliant straw yellow accompanies the intense experience of a fruity and floral bouquet, caressed by delicate hints of yeast and freshly baked bread crust.

- Harvest period: From the third decade of August to the first decade of September. Manual harvesting in crates, with grape selection on the vine
- Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
- Tirage: From May to June of the year following the harvest
- Aging on lees: Average duration 45 months
- Dosage at disgorgement: Sugar content equal to 5.0 g/l
- Tasting notes: The foam is fine and intense, the aroma is rich in fruity notes (pineapple, apple, peach) and floral notes (lily, jasmine, hawthorn), the palate is savory, fresh and refined, with a very pleasant persistent finish
