Clear amber beer, fine and persistent cream-colored foam. Fruity aromas of citrus and fresh grass with caramel notes. Medium body, initially sweet and biscuity, then turning to a herbaceous bitterness also recalled in the dry and warm finish.
It pairs well with very spicy and flavorful meats, spit roasts, crustaceans such as shrimp and lobsters, and well-aged cheeses.
