Vinification: The grapes are harvested and selected manually, then destemmed and gently pressed, cooled to 8-10 degrees and left to macerate in contact with the skins for 24 hours. Soft pressing is performed, after which alcoholic fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks with temperatures controlled from 16 to 18 degrees. This is followed by maturation for about 7 months in contact with the yeasts until bottling in steel barrels, always at a controlled temperature. Bottle aging follows.

Visual aspect: Slightly coppery, natural color obtained with brief maceration on the skins
Olfactory and gustatory notes: Floral and fruity bouquet with hints of acacia, jasmine, toasted almonds, ginger, pink pepper, pear and apple, citrus. Broad and mineral taste, fresh, lively, pleasantly harmonious, intense and flavorful.
Food pairings: Perfect with appetizers, ideal with grilled fish dishes, white meats, risottos, grilled vegetables, cheeses, etc.
