At the origin of the Company's history, born as Premiata Distilleria Fabbri, there already existed a prized Gin. That centuries-old legacy has been reinterpreted today, starting from the bottle, to which famous designers have given a truncated conical shape, inspired by the city of Bologna. Finally, the label, ennobled in a modern key by rose gold, which represents our most precious treasure: the Amarena cherry. Dry gin distilled with juniper berries, bitter orange peels, licorice and angelica roots, coriander and cardamom seeds, with the purest distillate of Fabbri Amarena cherries. Completely transparent, on the nose it is balanced and the notes of the botanicals blend perfectly with the unmistakable scent of Fabbri Amarena cherries. On the palate, the first note that arrives is that of coriander, followed by the freshness of citrus fruits and the balsamic notes of juniper. The Amarena cherry on the finish gives persistence to the product and invites a second sip. For mixing, to inspire bartenders to new creations or to create twists on great classics such as the Martini, Negroni or Gin Fizz.
