Sensory description
Bright ruby red, it opens with refined intensity on floral and fruity notes, with ripe cherry in evidence. On the palate it is subtle and velvety and conquers with the tasty and persistent freshness of the fruit that makes it smooth, light and of elegant character.

Pairings
Very versatile, it is excellent with pasta dishes with full-bodied sauces, roasts and white meats, medium-aged cheeses. Also try it with spicy oriental dishes and tasty fish soups.

Origin
From the homonymous Rafaèl Vineyard, the Tommasi Family's first historic vineyard, cultivated with Veronese Pergola in Valpolicella Classica.

Grape
Corvina 60%, Rondinella 25% and Molinara 15%

Vinification and Aging
Maceration for 12 days with fermentation: at a controlled temperature of 25/30°C. Aging for 15 months in 65 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
