Vinification:
Produced from thinned grapes to increase the quality of the wine from the outset, only perfectly ripe bunches are selected during the harvest and destemmed with the aim of not breaking the berries too much. Maceration on the skins lasts at least 15 days, during which delicate pump-overs and punch-downs are carried out. The racked wine goes into used barriques where malolactic fermentation takes place. Aging in barriques lasts 12 months, and only then is the wine bottled.
Tasting:
Purplish red color. On the nose, the prevalent notes of red fruit are combined with spicy notes of vanilla and cocoa. The palate is full-bodied with an intense structure and evident tannicity. The finish is complex and persistent.
