Moraschi Millesimato Pas Dosé is the perfect testament to the mastery of our winemakers and the superior quality of our Chardonnay grapes (100%). Of sublime fragrance and vivacity, meticulously harmonized with the aromas of the original grapes, as well as the noble notes of refermentation in the bottle, our best Franciacorta offers a soft and delicate foam and a persistent, fine, and refined perlage.

- Soil characteristics: Medium texture, of morainic origin
- Training system: Guyot
- Harvest period: From the third decade of August to the first decade of September. Manual harvesting in crates, with selection of grapes on the vine
- Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
- Tirage: From May to June of the year following the harvest
- Aging on lees: On average 60 months
- Dosage at disgorgement: 1 g/l, no addition of liqueur d’expedition
- Tasting notes: The nose reveals intense aromas of ripe exotic fruit (mango and pineapple), tertiary aromas and vanilla notes, fading with a slight hint of seaweed. On the palate it gives a pleasant sensation of freshness and mineral persistence, the taste is savory, intense, full and harmonious
