Pale straw-yellow, opalescent beer with a fine, persistent, creamy white head. Notes of coriander and bitter oranges, lightly spiced. Soft body with sweet notes that develop into a light acidity, closing with a soft, spiced and citrusy finish.
Pairs well with fish, chicken salads, eggs, goat cheese, citrus desserts, fruit tarts and sorbets.
