A high fermentation beer, quite alcoholic and hoppy, with an herbaceous and fruity aroma, a medium/light body, a decisive bitterness but balanced by the sweetness of the caramel malts used in almost all English styles. It pairs well with strong dishes, fatty foods, medium-aged cheeses, fish in general, shellfish, game or desserts with more decisive flavors.
