Dark amber beer with red hues, fine and persistent cream-colored head. Aromas of caramel and dried fruit. Full and round body. The initial caramel flavor is well balanced by the bitterness of the hops. Leaves a herbaceous aftertaste with a dry and warming finish. It pairs well with caramelized pork shank, spit-roasted meats, aged cheeses, fatty and very flavorful meats.
