LIVIO FELLUGA SHARIS 2022 CL 75
Sharis celebrates the luminosity and variety of Friuli Venezia Giulia, interpreting it through the distinctive characteristics of our winemaking identity. The encounter between Ribolla Gialla, Sauvignon and Chardonnay enhances the territory's ability to harmonize diversity and complexity with natural balance: thus a wine is born that offers an authentic reading of the Friulian viticultural landscape, enhanced by the uniqueness of their style.
Delicately destemmed and left to macerate for a short period, the grapes are then softly pressed and the must thus obtained is clarified by decantation. Fermentation follows at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. At the end of fermentation, the wine is kept on the lees for a few months, to increase its flavour, creaminess and aptitude for ageing. Once bottled, the wine rests in air-conditioned rooms for refinement.
Sensory notes
Pale and brilliant straw yellow, with green reflections. The nose is clean and refreshing: mineral and sea breeze, with hints of peach and grapefruit. Lemon thyme and wild herbs complete a colourful and harmonious aromatic profile. In the mouth it is agile and flowing, with pleasant citrus notes that intertwine with a vibrant structure. The crisp green apple acidity accompanies iodized hints, for a perfectly balanced finish.
