Animante L.A. is an "organic wine", the result of a choice towards processing methods, in the vineyard and in the cellar, aimed at ensuring the maximum representation of the territory. In the vineyard only substances of natural origin are used. Furthermore, Biodiversity is encouraged to allow for the balance between every form of life, plant and animal.

Grapes: Chardonnay 78%, Pinot noir 18% Pinot blanc 4%

Vineyard altitude: from 200 to 350 m a.s.l.

Origin vineyards: 25 vineyards in the municipalities of Provaglio d’Iseo, Passirano, Corte Franca, Capriolo

Soil type: Generally of recent morainic origin mixed with fluvioglacial deposition with abundant permeable gravelly skeleton also in depth. Training system: Guyot

Vinification: Soft pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks Aging: 8 months in stainless steel tanks

Aging in bottle on yeasts: 70 months, disgorgement without added sulphites and sugars.

Alc.: 12%

Pairings: Culatello di Zibello, first courses, fish, white meats and truffles.
