Rigorous, frank, with a dense sapidity, important structure and good acidic framework. Part of the grapes come from the highest vineyard, Pian delle Viti, named in the Middle Ages as the Suspended Valley. The calcareous soil gives a pleasant saline note. The Franciacorta biting to the core.
Naturae is an “organic wine”, the result of a choice towards processing methods, in the vineyard and in the cellar, aimed at ensuring the maximum representation of the territory. Only substances of natural origin are used in the vineyard. Furthermore, Biodiversity is encouraged to allow the balance between all forms of life, plant and animal.
