Grape Varieties: Chardonnay 80%, Pinot Bianco 20%.

Highly structured wines, with good acidic freshness, expressing fruit over an excellent citrus base.

Vinification "Corte del Lupo Bianco" is made from grapes sourced from 13 vineyards that, due to their exposure, clones, and age, guarantee the potential breadth and integrity of a white wine in the Ca' del Bosco style. A perfect combination: the fruit fragrance of Chardonnay and the elegance of Pinot Bianco. In accordance with the Ca' del Bosco Method, grapes, hand-picked into small crates, are promptly coded and cooled in cold rooms. Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, before benefiting from our exclusive "grape spa." A special system for washing and hydro-massaging the bunches, using three soaking tanks and a system for complete drying. Only the best first-press must gives rise to this wine, with approximately 1/4 vinified in small oak barrels used the previous year for Chardonnay. The remaining portion is vinified in steel tanks. The two fractions, after 8 months of aging on their lees, without malolactic fermentation, are blended; the wine is then gravity-bottled, naturally. Thanks to innovative "long-cannula" taps, the wine rises from the bottom of the bottle without agitation or shaking and without suffering any oxidative shock. No sulphites are added at this stage, guaranteeing integrity and wholesomeness. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked to ensure traceability.
