Organoleptic characteristics: bright straw yellow tending to golden, very fine and persistent perlage, on the nose it is complex and intense, with notes of white fruits, citrus and bread crust; on the palate it is dry, rightly savory and pleasantly fresh. Pairings: to be drunk throughout the meal but perfect with seafood and raw fish.
